With over 11 years of experience in the Real Estate Development and Commercial Construction Industry, I’ve built my career around precision, organization, and results. I began as a Project Assistant, managing contracts, document control and compliance, then worked my way up through roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, and Civil Engineering Project Manager. Most recently, I serve as a Project Controls Specialist for a Real Estate Investment Company. Along the way, I earned my degree in Civil Engineering Technology with a specialization in Construction Management and got Certified as a TC with full training in Traditional and Wholesale Cash Transactions.

My background has given me extensive knowledge in property development, construction, and contract compliance—skills I now bring into the real estate world as an independent Transaction Coordinator. I thrive under pressure, am highly detail-oriented, and pride myself on strong communication and organizational skills.

I started my Transaction Coordinator business with one goal in mind: to provide seamless, top-tier support to agents and investors so transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
